100T/day fully automatic rice mill production line is a integrated rice processing line, which can process 6.5 ton paddy into 4-4.5 ton white rice per hour. It is composed of elevators, vibration cleaner, destoner, rice husker, rice whitener, rice grader, rice polisher, color sorter, packing scale, etc..

1. Product description
The Rice milling is the process that helps in removal of hulls and bran from paddy grains to produce polished rice. Rice has been one of man's most important foods. FOTMA provide 100Ton/Day fully automatic rice mill production line. The whole set of equipment includes Grain Cleaning, Paddy Husker and Separator, Rice Whitener and Grader, Dust/Husk/Bran Suction System, Electronic Control and Auxiliary Part, Rice Polisher, Color Sorter and Packing Scale. It usually is formed by linear arrangement. From paddy cleaning to rice packing, the complete operation is automatically controlled. It can produce white rice 4-4.5 tons per hour.  

Meanwhile, it also can be designed according to requirement of different users. It applies to processing plants in urban and rural areas, farm, grain supply station, and granary and grain shop.

4. Features
1. This integrated rice milling line can be used to process both long-grain rice and short-grain rice(round rice), suitable to produce both white rice and parboiled rice, high output rate, low broken rate;
2. Multi-pass rice whiteners will bring high precision rice, more suitable for commercial rice; The vertical type rice whitener is optional.
3. Equipped with pre-cleaner, vibration cleaner and de-stoner, more fruitful on impurities and stones removing.
4. Equipped with water polisher, can make the rice more shining and glossy;
5. It use negative pressure to remove dust, collect husk and bran, effectual and environmentally-friendly. The bag type dust colloctor or pulse dust collector are optional, suitable for customers with higher requirements for environmental protection;
6. Having prefect technological flow and complete devices for cleaning, stone removing,  hulling, rice milling, white rice grading, polishing, color sorting, length selection, automatic weighing and packing.
