(1) The feeding device is composed of a feeding hopper, a hopper seat and an inlet insert plate. The hopper is used to store a certain amount of material. It enters the peeling chamber by gravity and controls the flow rate of the material with an inlet shutter.

(2) The peeling device is mainly composed of a discharge port, a fuselage, a reduction box, a fan, a tensioner, a machine base, a hopper, a bran bucket, a bran collector and the like.

Generally, wet peeling is used, and the moisture content of the corn to be imported is 16-17%, and the moisturizing time is about 10 minutes. It is best to remove the corn kernel epidermis with your nails. It is strictly forbidden to enter the machine with open water on the surface of the corn. In addition, the moisturizing time should not be too long. Get rid of it twice.
